3D PLASTIC DESIGN

Most of electronic products require plastic cases or small pieces custom designed. Accent Advanced Systems offers to customers 3D CAD design for all plastic pieces needed for the project.

We use all kind of material according the field, application and required behavior, studing in each case the material properties and looking for the best fit: Polycarbonates, polyamides, ABS, polypropylene....

We make a digital 3D model of all our PCB and used components to be able to design the plastic pieces according to PCB dimmensions and avoid interferences or other mechanical problems before the prototyping process.


To check shape, dimmensions and ergonomy of each piece, we give to our customers samples based on rapid prototyping technologies, so we can obtain a real size piece without the need of make an expensive steel mould before to check if design fits to the requirements.

We can design any kind of plastic case, shaft, gear, buttons, springs, magnets and clips.
